Terms of Service
These terms describe the general commercial and operational terms for card payment services operated by cheese pie / 知識派有限公司, including Pionex Pay where available. Additional partner agreements may apply before any service is enabled.
Services
Services may include business partner onboarding, KYC and KYB review, card payment operation support, payment status records, reconciliation records, and partner reporting where available.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants and business partners are responsible for accurate onboarding information, lawful use, card network rule compliance, tax obligations, and customer-facing disclosures.
Restricted Use
The services may not be used for illegal activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, prohibited financial products, or any activity listed in the applicable acceptable use policy.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time through in-app account settings or by emailing service@cheesepie.org. Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law or ongoing compliance obligations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Taipei, Taiwan, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
