These terms describe the general commercial and operational terms for using cheese pie card payment services. Additional partner agreements may apply before any service is enabled.
Services
Services may include business partner onboarding, KYC and KYB review, card payment operation support, payment status records, reconciliation records, and partner reporting where available.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants and business partners are responsible for accurate onboarding information, lawful use, card network rule compliance, tax obligations, and customer-facing disclosures.
Restricted Use
The services may not be used for illegal activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, prohibited financial products, or any activity listed in the applicable acceptable use policy.
